Since 1996 EMS have gone from strength-to-strength to become one of the most trusted building maintenance companies in Kent ensuring that we always meet the needs of our clients.
Founded in the mid nineties by Graham Lingham and Ian Childs, our service has grown and adapted to an ever-changing landscape within the facilities management sector which has enabled us to continue providing a service that our clients can truly rely on.
We support our clients across Greater London and the home counties covering schools, colleges, hospitals, GP surgeries, residental tower blocks and offices.
